Prices for Call Center Services
The minimum price of work for one separate agent allocated to the Customer: Prices depend on the complexity of the project, the number of agents involved, the work schedule, and the technical features of the project. The price does not include the cost of VoIP, which can be paid separately, or provided from the Customer's side. Only the time of the conversation, processing of the information that was provided, or agent's time when he or she is ready to receive or make a call, is paid. The agent's interruptions are not paid.

These listed prices do not include VAT. If the Customer is a resident of Ukraine, the payment for the services may be solely in the national currency of Ukraine, even if the services ordered, for which the prices on the website are indicated in foreign currency. We can receive payments both with and without VAT.
If the Customer is not a resident of Ukraine, an international contract shall be concluded. The currency of payment may be settled in any currency that is agreed by the parties (russian and belarusian ruble are the exclusion).
